RE these posts: I haven't read any of these books, but I love the idea of Jude Law as a vampire. I think he'd do great.
I've been doing the same in my mind with the Dark Tower series, and was reading an internet forum discussing casting for a potential movie. Half the people seem to think Clint Eastwood would be a perfect Roland and half the people keep claiming he's too old.
Roland is like six hundred. I don't think Eastwood would be too old. Besides, King based the character of Eastwood in old westerns. He would be perfect.
Except King says on his website that he wouldn't want Dark Tower movies made. Oh well.
